MASHONALAND Holdings has announced the resignation of Ron Mutandagayi and Ralph Watungwa from the company’s board.
In a statement, the company also announced the appointment of Brilliant Shumba as a non-executive director of the board and Mubaiwa Mubayiwa as interim non-executive director.
Mutandagayi served the company as non-executive director for six years from 2015 up to the time of his resignation on April 6.
Watungwa served the company for six years, having joined the board in 2015 until his resignation on March 31.
New appointee, Shumba is the managing director of ZB Reinsurance Limited while Mubayiwa is currently the acting chief executive of Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe.
