AXIA Corporation (Axia) says it has appointed BDO Zimbabwe Chartered Accountants as group external auditors for the financial year ending June 2022 with immediate effect.

In a statement today the company said the appointment is in terms of section 191 of the companies and other business corporations Act Chapter 24:31 of Zimbabwe’s laws.

Axia recently announced that it will continue growing its retail store networks as well as optimising major distribution agencies in the country and the region.

The specialty retail and distribution group is constructing a US$4,5 million 10 000-bed production facility in Sunway City as part of its investment into production facilities to boost bed production at Restapedic.
