TELECOMMUNICATIONS mogul and Econet Wireless founder, Strive Masiyiwa has been named Britain’s first black billionaire.

According to the Sunday Times Rich List for 2022, Masiyiwa’s (61) fortune has grown to US$2,5 billion, growing by US$1,14 billion over the past 12 months.

He moves to number 89 on the UK’s rich list, up from 159 last year.
