TSL says it has received approval from the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe to buy out a minority shareholder in its subsidiary, Agricor.

In its results, which were published Monday, the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange-listed agro-industry and logistics group said the transaction, which will result in it wholly owning the business, is expected to be completed before the end of 2022 financial year.

Meanwhile, the company said plan are ongoing to expand and improve its infrastructure are underway with construction anticipated to commence at one of its “strategically located warehouses”.
