THE Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency (ZimStat) in collaboration with the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community Small and Medium Enterprises Development, is conducting a survey of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the country.

In a statement Tuesday, ZimStat said the main objective of the survey, which started on January 28 and will end on February 22, is to collect data and compile baseline statistical information on the size, structure and characteristics of MSMEs in the country, at national, provincial and district levels.

“The survey will be conducted in both urban and rural areas across the ten provinces of Zimbabwe. The scope of the survey will cover activities as classified in the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities,” ZimStat said.
