THE Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) has given companies a 30-day reporting deadline compliance grace period ending on April 30, 2022.

The pardon applies to financial results for the period ended December 31, 2022.

According to the ZSE, the extension was due to many requests from issuers.

Companies that fail to meet the April deadline will be penalised for non-compliance.
